E- ARTICES PRESENTS TO YOU THE NOVEMBER ARTICLE
A LETTER OF APPRECIATION TO
MR. BRUCE LESHIBA
BY
TSHUPO KGWADIBANE
It was
September 2016, when I was attending
“The My Career Corner award
ceremony” and
Ms.
Cheryl Maepa introduced me to Mr. Bruce Leshiba.
He had
volunteered his time to be part of this great initiative and became my mentor
from then on and today still.
One of
the challenges I was facing as a matriculant was that I could not afford to pay
for my matric dance.
I
opened up to Mr. Bruce and informed him about my challenge just a day before
the payment was due, to my surprise he immediately made the means to transfer
the money into my bank account within 30 minutes.
Mr.
Bruce had then invited me over for lunch in town and continued to surprise me,
as he purchased for me a matric dance outfit. Such efforts and such passion in
making my day special had impacted my life in the most positive way possible.
He may have not realized it, but Mr. Bruce bought me my first suit and as a
young gentleman having your first suit is one of the most priceless moments.
Thank
you, Bruce. I pray to God every day to provide you with all that you long for
in life, to provide you with happiness. There are no words to express how I
feel. It may not be much but you have a title in my life.
“The
man who took me to a store for my first suit”
I will
never forget what you have done for me
I would
like to dedicate my success to you, as you have made an impact in my life.
I know
there are more reasons why I exist, but it takes special people like you to
help a young man like myself to find their own purpose in life.
Going
forward I would like you to continue being a good person as you are, to
continue instilling hope in people’s live.
I would
like you to help me unfold what God has given to the world, I believe that
there is more to just Tshupo.
Tshupo is an ordinary Mabopane township young man in his matriculant year. He has been part of “The boys club within My Career Corner Organisation in Mabopane” for many years. Within this great initiative, Tshupo has been exposed to so much opportunities and one of them is Mr. Bruce Leshiba being his mentor.
Mr. Leshiba continues to stretch his support to movements that empower young South Africans such as “The BizSchool Organisation”. He successfully motivates and empowers the youth in their life and career journeys. It is through the support of ordinary people like Mr. Leshiba that the youth are given hope to a better future. Tshupo continues to receive the best mentorship by Mr. Leshiba with the knowledge that will help equip him for the real world.
We at E-Articles are grateful that you have shared your lovely story with us, as we do need people like Mr. Bruce Leshiba to help empower our future leaders in bringing back hope to our communities.
We wish you both the best of luck in your career ventures.
“Stay blessed”
